Achill Walks Festival 2003

The 2003 Achill Walks Festival took place in glorious weather on the weekend of the 14th to 17th March. Participants were welcomed with a drinks reception at Óstán Oileán Acla on the evening of Friday 14th (picture, right). Two guided walks took place over the weekend, with walkers free to choose to follow a self-guide walk from the Achill Walking Guide / Siúlóidí Acla on Monday, or to follow the Achill pipe bands on their traditional St. Patrick's Day parades.
