Facilities available in Achill include Horse-riding, Golf, Kitesurfing, Surf Board Hire and Surfing Lessons, Guided Hill Walks, Bike Hire, Kayaking lessons, Painting Workshops and Angling. Currane’s local people are warm, friendly and helpful. The local Compass Bar hosts regular gatherings of local and visitors alike.
