Monday 11th: Pilates (new), bring your own mats, PAYG €8. 6pm.
Wednesday 13th: HIIT Fit, 30 min class, suitable for beginners. 6.30pm
Thursday 14th: Step HIIT. 6.30pm
Friday 15th: Full Body Burn. 6.30am & 10am.
Saturday 16th: Saturday Sweat Session. 10am.
Monday 18th: Full Body Reboot. 6.45am, 10am & 6.30pm.
Tuesday 19th: FIT 30, 11am.
Wednesday 20th: Upper Body Burn. 6.45am, 10am & 6.30pm.
Thursday 21st: Step HIIT. 6.30pm
Friday 22nd: Full Body Burn. 6.30am & 10am.
Saturday 23rd: Saturday Sweat Session (bring your Santa hats!). 10am.
Thursday 28th: PB Fitness Winter Games, booking required, €15. 10am.
Monday 1st Jan: New Year’s Day Swim, Dugort. Pam will lead warm-up before the 1pm dip.
